Calling all moms of littles! Join us at Impact Dance Studio in La Grange on Friday, December 1 from 10:00-10:45am for a complimentary sneak peek of their new Mama & Tot class!
This dance fitness class is designed to get you moving and grooving with the help of your little one. Enjoy 30 minutes to stretch, strengthen, and dance, followed by mingling with moms and their littles.
Whether your child is a newborn in a carrier or recently discovered their fast feet, these exercises will incorporate them. What better way to get fit than to dance away with your kiddo.
Mamas should wear athletic clothes and gym shoes, and be prepared to sweat and smile!
